Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
Most videos run for 2-3 hours, depending mainly on the length of ceremony and speeches.
Travel throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula is included.
One meal is required at the reception, and a seat please (usually with the musicians).
We prefer arriving at the bride's dressing 15 minutes or so before the photographer.
Yes, we will include the Groom's dressing at no extra cost if you can fit it in to our 9 hour package price.
If we are starting our shoot at the ceremony, we need to start 1/2 hour before advertised time to record both bride and groom’s arrivals.
A demo of our work can be viewed on our demo page, by contacting us to send it out on DVD, or by appointment at our studio in Aspendale.
Six hours for videographer services are included in all Budget packages, 9 hours for all Standard packages.
Extra hours are available on a cost per hour basis. Please refer to Video and DVD-r Packages for prices.
Credit cards are accepted for deposits and final payment, space is provided for card information on the downloadable booking form.
